This is a review of the Peds Dental office. I had a recent first-time visit with my 3-year-old son. The office was clean and efficient, and my appointment started on time. The doctor and staff were great with my son, made him feel comfortable, and allowed him to engage in the experience. The doctor took her time to answer my questions and showed me a better brushing technique for my son. I would recommend this place to other parents. Thank you.

DO NOT COME HERE.. If you truly care about your oral health.. please do your research. I was seen here on Tuesday and was shocked, disappointed and concerned about the lack of sanitation of the room I was in. Plus the doctors first impressions were; NO MASK, BLOWING/PICKING HIS NOSE ONCE HE ENTERED THE ROOM. DIDNT INTRODUCE HIMSELF AT ALL. He given me a false diagnosis. I came in with two infected wisdom teeth lodged into the nerve he stated i needed bone graphs in the wounds once the wisdom tooh were extracted. WHICH WAS FALSE!!! It would've been way more expensive. My second choice said it was more of a risk.. he also said the doctor should be reported. False information was given in order for him to gain more financially. I left shortly after and decided to search for a professional who was highly rated. More Expensive but worth the assurance, cleanliness and comfortability. The amount of care, professionalism Wasn't even comparable. I truly feel sorry for anyone getting work done here. These people should really be ashamed of themselves. Taking advantage of low / low middle class people in need with little knowledge and money. Sharing personal information through public email. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please. Educate yourselves.

I went to Dental Specialties of New York to get my wisdom tooth pulled, and it was the worst experience that I have ever had at a Doctor/Dentist's office. Upon entering the room, the Oral Surgeon did not introduce himself or go over what procedure I would be doing. I tried to spark a conversation with him by asking how he was doing, and he seemed to be offender by my question, and all conversation at that point stop. He then proceeded to stick a long syringe deep into my gums without numbing my gums prior. I expressed that I was in pain, and he did not stop. Dr. Maron proceeds to stick another syringe in my gums, knowing that I was in pain. His assistant was kind enough to ask if I was okay. However, Dr. Maron seems to have no time to ask if I was okay because he couldn’t bother to be concerned. Additionally, during the extraction process, the pliers he was using fell in my mouth and cut my tongue, and he didn’t even offer me an apology. Throughout the entire process, I felt extremely uncomfortable. Once he was done, he left. He didn’t even offer me a parting word. Not only that, he did not prescribe any antibiotics or pain medicine. He just left. I was so traumatized after having my wisdom tooth pulled out by him that I left his office shaking. Maybe you guys should have a warning that you don't want to services a certain type of people. That would be great; that way, we could avoid being mistreated in advance. If you are not white, do not go to this dentist's office. You will be mistreated.
