Dear SERVPRO: Due to the service we received in 12/2020, a water leak / Refrigerator. 1- I believe the people in the main office that answer the phones. Need to improve there customer service as in update customer with information. 2- Alex was up front, his communication skill's helped with the process, and sharing the meaning of the problem. 3- Pat and Johnny: Performance was all ethical connection, that being said, the increasing of our knowledge on identifying and attaining goals increased various skills. The two technicians Patrick and Johnny were very professional. They were very helpful. When asked about what was going on, they took the time to explain it. They were very accommodating when my elderly inlaws asked questions. A great crew.
