This program focus on exams, but not the people. The Supervisor and the staff won't even ask and talk to you about why or what is happening with you. The issue is not about just result of the exams, but also about the person. The forgot that some people there are really very intelligent, and needs guidance instead of judgment. They don't like to be questioned nor get a suggestion. They are not open to explanation. If you don't do well, that's their basis. To them it's black and white. You are either great or dumb.
