Very unprofessional!! I bought a fridge freezer from them, its a nice fridge. But the freezer has been temperamental. They came to fix it but still not working. I called back and they haven't come backto fix it. The communication is terrible, I've booked appointments that they didn't turn up for because they forgot. I have gone almost 2 months without a freezer. I won't be using their services again!
