Amazing customer service. Gleecy & Jeff were nothing but kind to me. I did a walk in and I felt very welcomed that I came back. I got 4 suits tailored and dry cleaned and the quality of work was amazing. Pricing wasn't too bad either. I paid for the customer service and the care I received. I felt accepted and cared for so I will further my business here with them. Thank you again you two!

* don’t bring your clothing there* I’d give it zero star if I could. I brought a suit with a bag/belt. They broke the belt and just pinned it to a hanger and never told me that they broke it. After I noticed I called and since they found out that I wasn’t in canada and couldn’t come in ignored my text and when I called basically told me to F off that it’s been to long and should of notice before. And when I called he at first tried to say that he just bought the business in January so it wasn’t him that did the cleaning. The man is Extremely dishonest and rude

Warning!!!!!Terrible cleaning and terrible service. They didn’t cover my buttons and now it’s all scratched when my girlfriend asked about it they said they will call back and never did. Terrible service

I never thought it possible to absolutely love my wash and fold / dry cleaning place. Until I came here. This is perhaps the best-run local business that I've encountered in my 7 years living in CA. Friendly, fast, professional. And yes, he seems to know all of his customers by name.

Long over due review. Marlon is friendly, honest, caring, and extremely professional when it comes to his line of work. I've been visiting Marlon since 2016 and each time, whereas from alterations or cleaning, he does a stellar job with his services. He's also exceptionally knowledgeable as well. One time, I brought in a jacket that I wanted to dry clean and with one quick look, he told me that dry cleaning would ruin the jacket and proceeded to tell me in detailed steps in order to get the jacket cleaned. Hands down, would recommend Ocean Dry Cleaning to anyone. People aren't kidding when they say they're a customer for life because same here.

My go-to cleaners. Always friendly, stuff comes back fresh and spotless. Might be a little pricey compared to some other places in the FiDi or Sunset, but I like going to the Lower Haight anyway. Thanks guys!
