Sledding here is wonderful! I do wish there was some enforcement of the rules, however. There are two dirt paths on either side of the sledding hill for walking back up, but many people chose to ignore this, causing trouble for those sledding down. I absolutely slammed into some people who were too lazy to walk 20 feet to the side. Regardless, a wonderful place to sled for all ages!

This is one of my fave parks in NJ. I love the trails and the varying environments they take you through. One of my fave areas is the arboretum! Last week we walked trails and it was the first time I'd been there in the winter. So nice I decided to make the 25 minute drive again! This time o discovered trails I never knew existed! We love the wide open field by the middle parking lot. Great for frisbee! It's absolutely GORGEOUS in spring summer and fall!!

This is a very beautiful park to go to. There's a historic farm that's good for the kids and amazing hiking trails. There are many great areas to take pictures or just relax!

A lovely little park with plenty of hiking trails and a popular fishing pond. Native bass, sunfish, and catfish reward persistent anglers. The park is very family friendly and many families visit together. This is also a popular location for outdoor photography shoots. The park is notable for clean, well maintained rest rooms.

Fabulous park. Trails, open fields, the animals at Longstreet Farm, the always-scenic pond, fishing, tennis courts, playgrounds, picnic areas, arboretum... need I go on?!! I love taking photos here. Kudos to the Monmouth County Park System and its staff!
