Chose set in stone after doing a bit of research and ringing round for prices. They were able to give a reasonable price for the premium granite I wanted (not THE cheapest, but they were very helpful and fitted me in quickly after I had been previously messed about by another company). Came and did the work in an afternoon, really pleased, couldn't have asked for a better service. Good aftercare. I decided to add splashbacks to the kitchen at a later date and they accommodated my needs.Would def recommend.

Appalling company to deal with. No complaint about the island / worktop or James and his teams installation , except for them not turning up on arranged installation date and then had to be re-arranged - this was down to poor / non existent communication from the so called office.. very keen to quote you and book the order, but no so keen providing any kind of after sales service. Very dubious means of operating a company - will not answer any email or calls afterwards - payment had to be made in cash or bank transfer to avoid excessive c/c fees and then will not provide any kind of invoice or VAT invoice...... read into that what you want. Be extremely aware....
Very poor quality of work and absolutely appalling customer service. Inaccurate template, the sink cut out and sink are not aligned. Poor installation, none of the worktop overhangs are equal or matched in size, the worktop barely covers the cabinets on one whole run. Paid a lot of money for worktops that are badly scratched and not sealed. Customer service consists of no response. If you want the worktop to be the crowning glory of your kitchen, set in stone unfortunately can only crown it with a stetson.

This company deserve no stars & stay away. Over a year ago I paid them over a bank transfer to provide & install my Quartz kitchen & they still haven't finished the job. What they did install hasn't been sealed properly, my kitchen island lifts when you lean on it, the Windows sills weren't sealed either. The splashback I paid for never arrived & the pop up plug was installed in wrong location. Worse still, since this happened despite dozens of emails & calls they haven't fixed any of these problems & have my money for the splashback, but never installed. They were desperate to get the sale & then have spent a year ignoring me & my calls to get these things fixed. I am now having to spend time & money via the courts to pursue Dawn & this company who ripped me off.
Dreadful company and very poor standard of work. My very expensive Quartz worktops literally fell apart within weeks, all the joints cracked and the breakfast bar fell off! The company were not intested in sorting this out for me, both James and Dawn were rude and threatened me on numerous occasions. Absolute Joke!!
Fitted Broken worktop and bad workmanship,and don't answer any calls or emails, only put 1 star so i could post it.
Paid for 2 samples which never arrived so after 2 weeks contacted company who eventually sent out 2 samples but not the ones I asked for, emailed several times but no response. Would not buy from them again.
