I spent 175 here while on vacation in December. I got to wear one of the shirts, one of the longsleeve shirts which I loved, for about a month before I got a small stain on it and tried to use Dawn to take it out and the dawn turned the shirt white at that spot. So I went online to see if I could buy another one because I liked it that much and I found a different shirt. I accidentally got an XL, paid 35 for it on Feb 10th and when it came and I noticed my error in picking the wrong size, I emailed them, reached out on PayPal and sent an email from the online store asking if I could send this shirt back and exchange it for a large. As much money as I’ve spent in the last few months at this place and no one even has the decency to email me back? I was ready to buy three or four of these shirts if the online purchase worked out well because I liked it that much. There’s got to be another gift shop around there and I’ll shop their shirts. And when I come back in December, I’ll spend my 200 in souvenirs elsewhere. So thanks anyway! If you have people willing to spend 35 on a T-shirt that I guess in the end is not that great quality, then you do whatever it takes to keep them as a customer. Well, that’s what I do anyway. I gave the shirt away and I’ll buy somewhere else.

I have no idea what person speaks of. This store is phenomenal. The owner is the sweetest lady on earth, and the variety of QUALITY items that are available is second to none... If you visit Anna Maria Island, and you need anything, try here first. You won’t be disappointed.
This place had nicer quality apparel than the typical trashy t-shirt store. Nobody was out of their way nice but they went straight to help me get a shirt down from the top shelf when I needed it. I chose to review because it’s a little out of the way (not a mega store that’s grabs your attention).
Nice gift shop with plenty to choose from. It fulfilled almost all of my souvenir needs.
No one bothered to say hi or welcome. They never even came out from behind the counters. There were 5 staff. When I brought my purchases to the counter, ( I had 2 arm fulls) no one offered a basket or too help me. I needed something from the case and both people that I spoke to acted like they didn't want to help me. The woman that was cashing us out, was very rude. Barely spoke and when we said where we were from, she took 2 steps back like we smelled! I spent alot of money in her store and did not deserve to be treated that way. It's a souvenir shop, for visiting guests.
