Karen is a very intuitive and skilled therapist, finding the heart of those muscle knots with efficiency and just the right amount of pressure. She is relaxed and quickly puts you at ease. Her style is very relaxing. I highly recommend her!

I decided to book a massage on my first full day of vacation at AMI to get the relaxation juices flowing! Jennifer was incredible. She made my pain disappear in one hour! She is the most knowledgeable therapist I’ve ever worked with. Who would have thought working on my abdomen would make the pain in my back go away? I am planning on seeing her again one more time before I go back to NC. She is an absolute gem. If you have chronic pain or stress go to Island Therapeutics!!
