Our experience with Kern Construction was absolutely outstanding. We completed high-end renovations to a Penthouse unit including 4 separate bathrooms. Prior to hiring a contractor, we interviewed several different companies. Our experience with Kern, started with Brenda the office liaison. She was superbly organized, forthright and always accommodating. We next met with Brennan and Mike who walked us through what a renovation project might entail. We then received a quote. After meeting with Brennan and Mike we knew that Kern was different than the other contractors we had met....honest dialogue without any slick sales tactics. We signed a contract and our project is now complete. The subcontractors Kern uses were extremely hard working , polite, neat and the hight highest quality craftmen/women. We cannot thank the Team enough. Their bid/quote was accurate and when accommodations needed to be made because of something we asked for in addition, Kern always reached out to us with an updated quote. Special thanks to Brennan and Brenda who always listens and made the project get completed without a hitch!
