Partner waited 3 hrs to be seen by ED. Paid 320 admission only to be told broken bone. Sent home. Back next day as hadn't been given splint or moon boot. Waited another 3.5 hrs for fitting (after phoning ahead and told 1-2 hrs wait max). Polite staff though.

The last at reception was nice. Good, easily accessible toilets. Plenty of parking.
Kind, compassionate, and all around great service! The check in process was seamless and the front desk staff was friendly. The nursing staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The doctor did a thorough job and took the time to make sure I understand my treatment. So impressed!
Do not go here if you are trans, non-binary, or gender diverse. This hospital has no respect for gender or gender diversity. And when you complain about it, your complaint just goes into a void of nothingness. I spent an overnight stay here in late 2020, and not only was my enitire experience a botched nightmare, but the senior nurse was deliberately misgendering me even after she was told I was female.
The best. All staff are friendly and patients are made to feel assured and comfortable. The nursing staff, in particular, treat each other with respect and obviously enjoy their working environment. Always a good sign.
From the time we entered this hospital it has been one thing after another. Their lack of communication to their Service is appauling. Being a private hospital you would think they would really want to help us. We were unable to get our refund from the private health insurers cause the hospital staff were incompetent and blaming each other for not filling a form. Would not recommend this hospital for any surgeries.
Really prompt and professional treatment last night at Emergency. Lucky to have this facility on our doorstep.
In late May, I was taken by ambulance to the Emergency Department at Holmesglen, where I was diagnosed with “shoulder dislocation” after a fall. I would like to thank my treating doctor: Dr Philip Robinson for his competence and his kind demeanour and Dr Kenna for assisting him. I would also like to say a big thanks to lovely nurses: Sarah, Laura and Susie for looking after me throughout the night. Thank you Holmesglen for providing me with exceptional care and 5* service!
