Lovely place. Went out of their way to make it all safe. Great food and drink as always. Very polite service and a very helpful young man doing the orders. See you soon

It's a toss-up whether you turn into Totties or the other way into Brooklands. We happened to go to Totties first then Brooklands, where we found a shapely and well priced Christmas tree plus good advice (put the tree in the garage in a bucket of boiling water, essentially to get the juices flowing). We'll be back for a regular tree or two as well. Helpful, well priced, good selection and pleasant surroundings. Merry Christmas.

Very innovative way of using their polytunnels (hope that's the right term) to provide shelter and social distancing for coffees etc. Love it when the rain's beating down as you're devouring coffee and cake. Very atmospheric.

It is Obvious that this garden centre and Cafe used the bird enclosure as a tourist attraction to bring in customers as I was very dissapointed how the little bird enclosures were kept. To say this complex brings in lots of the general public the birds do not look well looked after, the manmade small green pond looked almost stagnant and no birdseed or clean water in sight. There was also a very small swan enclosuure with a shared green pond and a very unusual amount of feathers and debris with a plastic bag floating on the pond. I looked in the shop to see duck food for sale at 60p a bag for a tiny amount to be even further amazed that it was sold in plastic bags again no forward thinking for the birds hence why maybe bags was floating on the ponds. To say how busy they are and the huge house which was being built on the primses you would expect a pristine pond and enclosure for these poor birds, obviously kept to bring in crowds other than been there for their care also. I really hope i am wrong as i would hate to think people take advantage of this attraction and should respect their wildlife not abuse it. Please find pictures up loaded as evidance as the original gallary photos are nothing like what the pond enclosure looks like now. Please aviod this garden centre if you genuinely care for wildlife.
