My laptop developed an error message which led me to do a factory refresh. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get things working again. Craig was super responsive and immediately advised me that as my laptop was 8 years old and operating on Windows 8.1 I should consider investing in a new one. He made himself available for a chat where I reached the conclusion to get a new laptop. I really liked his professional but very friendly help in selecting the most suitable model for me. He came to the house to set my new laptop up and gave me more advice on internet connection which is the next upgrade I'm looking into. I was first exposed to the excellent customer service of Holme Start Computers 5 years ago and being impressed with the amazing service then, Craig was my first port of call. Fantastic service and very pleasant experience. Keep up the good work Craig and thank you again.
