Conveyancing services used (Holmfirth branch). The team that worked on my sale were professional, friendly, and kept me up to date either through the portal, calls, or email. I've already enlisted their services again.
Would not recommend. Used them for conveyancing found they were very slow, and only appeared to do things when pushed. i.e. They requested some information from me which I provided the same day, unfortunately I missed a single question. They didn't come back to me on this for almost 2 weeks, and only then because I chased them for further progress, only to be told... oh we're still waiting for this info. Repeatedly had to ask for updates, they have a \progress portal\ website which supposedly shows what tasks have been completed, however throughout the process this was only updated twice, once when the process started, and again at the very end. Throughout the whole business I got the definite feeling that things were only done after they were chased.
Stacy and the team provided an excellent service. Proactive, responsive and very professional. Recommended.
I have used Ramsdens in Holmfirth on a few occasions and would definitely use them again. They always respond to emails and the portal is kept up to date and easy to use. They provide an excellent service and always keep you in the loop. Special thanks to Judith Moore and the rest of the team.
