Flogas are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They robbed me when they took over from Countrywide and failed to honour the bottle rental. I now have to deal with a bulk tank where the regulator has failed. Holding on for an answer for hours (yes hours) I have spoken to 3 Flogas people who have asked me to hold and left me listening to music before cutting my call. Do anything you can to avoid entering into a Flogas supply contract. I should be able to give them no stars. 30/01/2021: I feel the need to edit this review as, when I eventually got through to a customer service rep who cared (only 1 out of the 4), they arranged an engineer to fix the problem. Mr Hutchinson was prompt, helpful and professional, so I have added a star to reflect his efforts. Customer service and account honesty is still the worst, but the individuals doing the work conscientiously should not be tarred with the same brush as the appalling, failing management.
