Poor customer service. Manager was so rude went we tried to talk to her about out experience. I completely understand mistakes happen but when you try and talk to someone with respect and being 100% polite, surely thr manager should listen and show the same respect back. Especially when you are running a customer service driven business. All it takes is manners and just basic human communication and the errors would have been completely forgotten about. Would recommend the manager attending some customer service courses. If she is just a nasty human being then she is clearly in the wrong business

Stopped as passing on way home from Lands end to Cheshire. Tucked away nearly missed it but glad we didn't as perfect food and service. Lovely building and gardens too. Friendly staff even tho we arrived near end of service. Dog friendly.
My family and I had a stunning meal at the Rydon Inn to celebrate my birthday. We all chose seafood and tasted really fresh. The food looked and tasted phenomenal.

Lovely food, portion sizes ample, reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful, covid safety is brilliant, very clean. Loads of space out the back for the kids to run around.
