Fantastic experience with Vincent Tractors and Plant at Holsworthy. A very friendly team and were very prompt in coming back to me with a quote. The machine I bought was delivered as promised, when the machine arrived we got a full installation of how to use the mower correctly which we hadnt had before. Great to have the firm in the area.

Dishonest and untrustworthy. Received quote for a 600 hour service on our Kubota lawn mower of 280. Booked them to do it, only a simple service, engine oil and filter, air filter, fuel filters, deck oil and fit new blades. Received invoice for 460 !! Got charged for 3 and a half hours labour, my wife could have done the service in half that time, got charged for parts that were not fitted, and they missed the engine oil off the invoice - missed the engine oil off an engine service !! Which just highlights the incompetence really. Apparently we do not receive a trade discount despite being loyal and always using them for service, and they could not do enough for us when we were handing over our 15,000.00 for the mower!! Called to investigate but Andrew in service just got more rude, so gave up and will pay - for the last time, there are plenty of honest garages out there. Shame.
