Really top notch customer service. Even though we broke down and were towed to the garage at 9pm, Rex waited up for us way past closing time and was back there first thing in the morning. He was patient and clear explaining the issues and repairs over the following couple of days. Both ladies on reception, the petrol station attendant, and mechanics we met were all also very friendly and helpful. They also take COVID precautions seriously, which we appreciated.

I can't believe it! in todays fleecing and rip off market, I've found a Family run garage the opposite. Our Fiat Motor Home needed it's first service, a well known garage in Exeter couldn't give a dam. How refreshing to find this gem of a garage, friendly and above and beyond the call. Let my son take the van without any payment, didn't receive bill for over a week. Such a shame we are selling our M/h. Can't recommend them to highly. Norman Atwell.
