Was very happy with the service provided, most places don't really work on Audis but these guys were all very professional and got my car done really quick, much faster than I thought and even saved a little bit of money. I'm very skeptical when it comes to maintenance, I either do it myself or take it to the dealer and pay a premium price. But I'll definitely bring it to these guys again if I ever need. Much better than a couple of other shops I talked to that won't be mentioned...

I was referred to Holt auto service by a friend, I called made an appointment. Was able to get in when requested. I was greeted by someone immediately after entering. I needed new breaks as we were going a on family vacation and would be driving. I LOVED the text update system they used. Showed me the checklist via text and even took pictures of my break pads or lack there of!!! Gave the okay to fix and waited for them to tell me it was done! I need all new rotars and breaks and felt it was very reasonably priced and so did my husband!!! Also received an oil change as well. Will definitely be returned to holt auto service for all my automotive needs.

I took my car in for a fluid and exhaust leak. I was assuming this was going to be a quick repair. This is our secondary car with over 100,00 miles and is mainly a back and forth to work vehicle. Upon inspection they found multiple general maintenance problems that needed attention. With retirement coming up in a few years when this car will no longer be needed, I asked for advice to make sure I wasn't throwing money down a rabbit hole. I was assured that this was all routine maintenance issues that arrive with high mileage cars and that the car would surely last until I no longer needed it. I am sure this tied up one of their mechanics for much longer than anticipated. While the repair bill was more than I expected when first scheduling an appointment and the strain it put on their schedule, they have always provided pleasant service and have gone above and beyond. I will always recommend them for the attention they give to customer safety on the roads.

Easy to work with..a problem first time for much less then I spent at another shop that still never found the causeof my check engine light. I will be back.
