I've been admiring my husband's glasses for some months now (as handsome as Clark Kent!) and now he's got some really cool Maui Jim sunglasses too from Nelsons eye patch. They've got that reading bit at the bottom so he could row the Great River Race And see the map. Great opticians with makes you don't see anywhere else and such good service, so glad we get up to Norfolk sometimes. Sue Gross

Unfortunately my mother had an awful experience here a few weeks ago. They had a fabulous collection of glasses, but this was tarnished by terrible customer advice and service. My mother left crying, feeling like she’d been bullied by staff there whilst choosing a pair of glasses. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Popped in to Nelsons Eye Patch to try on some sunnies and was pleased to have found some awsome Maui Jims. I rarely find glasses that suit me but the kind folks here took the time to help me get some that fitted well and look great. Good selection of eye wear and friendly advice. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience here today. The owner explained and showed me why the poor fit of my Maui Jim sunglasses were giving me a headache every time I wore them.she also showed where they were failing to keep the sun out......poor fit and wrong shape for my face. She then patiently went through umpteen pairs with me until I found a pair which look and feel amazing. Finally she adjusted them to fit, so I barely know I'm wearing them. They weren't cheap, but nor were the previous ones which no one at MJ had bothered helping to fit and adjust when I bought them. Highly recommended (dog friendly too!) Thanks v much for your time and assistance
