I ordered a crystal gem diffuser as a gift for someone and they were over the moon with it. The Coastal scented oil was amazing and I know they have since ordered other things in the same scent as they were so pleased. Lovely to support a genuine small business. Would definitely recommend.

Made several orders at Norfolk Natural Living, the same product reduce in size and quantity, as well as significantly increasing the price at the same time in the space of a month. There was always something wrong with the orders (missing item, wrong item posted etc) , terrible customer service is an understatement. Beware of getting charged automatically for an order you did not make (and have cancelled in advanced). Promised a refund but still not received anything after almost a month. Not worth the hassle at all. Would give 0 star if I could.
Fantastic service ordered first thing in the morning recieved goods next day with a complimentary gift. Thanks highly recommended will be ordering again.
