Whilst visiting the lovely Cley Marshes it is a must to visit this unique church. Be amazed at why this huge cathedral like church has such a small tower! The church was extended in the 14th century because it wasn't big enough because of the Hanseatic trading and visitors to the area. Marvel at the wonderful masonry work, the beautiful enormous doors, the unusual pew ends, the original 15 th century stain glass, the shields of the many wealthy families that supported the church, the sedilia, marvel at the many ogee carved windows to name some things of immense interest in this hidden church. Really worth a visit but not to be rushed. One of my favourite churches I've ever visited!
