Picked this cottage out because of its name, our Beagle boy is called TeddyBear! Absolutely wonderful, can’t wait to come back! Beautiful cottage, secure garden, even with 4 ‘Houdini’ Beagles, not worried about them at all! Neighbours very friendly, at one stage thought TeddyBear's mum was moving in next door... Didn’t make best use of games room, as weather so wonderful we spent most of our time out and about, on beach at East Runton, or trailing the shops in Sheringham, even in the current situation, the market was lovely. We did make good use of the bbq though... Please try Jonas Seafoods in Cromer, unbeatable for value super fresh crab & lobster!

This beautiful cottage is ideally situated in a quiet little village just outside of Sheringham. I have chose to stay at this charming cottage for the past 5 years, and looking to return for our main holiday in 2021, if not before. Very well equipped with all essentials, an open fire for those chilly evenings and the most pretty and relaxing south facing garden. I absolutely love staying at Teddy’s Retreat.

Wonderful cottage, perfect for families with their dogs. Lovely safe location, lots family and doggy friendly places, beaches, walks and cafes, eateries nearby. We'll equipped, clean and lovely comfy beds. The games room, WiFi and sky sports were appreciated by the boys. Will definitely be looking at going again.

We had a lovely week at Teddy's Retreat and I think the dogs enjoyed themselves too - I know my dog did because she kept jumping in the car to go back again! We ate in and there was everything we needed to cook with. I did a jigsaw for the first time in years and we watched four of the DVDs in the evenings, there were also games and books to make use of. We took the dogs walking every day, there are a lot of footpaths close by and we walked to the beach and along part of the costal path where we could see the steam train puffing along the tracks. Most of the local attractions need to be booked in advance because of Covid but we were too busy walking to worry about going anywhere else.
