Wiveton Café is unique in numerous ways, and is handling lockdown brilliantly. Having been a patron for several years, I suspect there is a danger it will eventually become a victim of its own success. Until that happens, and whilst I am in Norfolk, I will joyfully keep turning up with every friend and family member I can think of, including my mum and dad pictured here!
We had a hot sausage roll, potato and leek soup and a ham and mustard mayo also bowl of chips. The sausage roll didn't taste very nice, ham roll was all fat hardly any ham so just ate the bread. The potato and leek soup was ok. Staff excellent but food not good. Will not come to eat again.
Really lovely setting, and amazing when the sun is shining. A little on the expensive side for the food but forgiven due to the excellent service, lovely staff and beautiful surroundings. Excellent for a chilled meal.
