Purchased lots of puppy treats and some puppy toys recently. My little puppy had great fun with these unfortunately the bunny toy started to fall apart. I contacted them and the product was immediately replaced and has been fine since. Their customer service is brilliant and the products and service highly recommended. By far the best website i have found for quality products for my new dog. Prompt delivery. She loves her bed, toys, clothes and treats. Very well curated selection of products, perfect for me to browse (although some stock unfortunately sold out!) i was very surprised that this is a small independent boutique. Will be a long term customer and hope to visit the store in person soon.

Brought puppy shampoo, conditioner and smell fresh spritz. All smelt amazing and left our little pups coat soft and smooth. The little touches to the order were lovely and our puppy loved the complementary hand made dog treat!
