Would not recommend. They promise next day delivery, been waiting for it already for over a week now. Contacted Tessa from customer service who does not give any information and lie about the package being sent even though the track and trace clearly indicates that the package is not at the post. Contacted postNL to confirm this, and they said they have not received package from them. They probably buy supplies from Aliexpress, thus why it takes so long to receive the package. Lost money and no package, very disappointing :(

I have ordered the Yasumi Vacuum Cleaner two weeks ago and I have received a used one. Also, I have been in contact with one of the customer support employees, Tessa, and I tried to explain the reason why I am returning the product. I have tried to be in contact with her all the time and I sent her the refund form and follow up all the requirements whilst she did not even try to inform me that the company is taking care of the return of an item that may be damaged so I had to pay the return on my own. In the return policy it is written that I have to contact DERMAROLLING as I did and when I asked her about my refund, she did not follow up the conversations and said it is my own fault. Besides, I had to do the job for her, meaning, I had to track and trace the product on my own even though I have sent her the code, so she could see if the product is received. This happened a week after the product was sent so she only had to acknowledge the fact that the product is received and annual the payment. If I have not informed her about the package I would not get my money cancellation maybe for weeks. I am extremely dissatisfied by the poor communication and the product itself and also the fact that I did not receive a refund and I had to do some else's job. Also I left a review on the website ,however, it was deleted after a few minutes. Do not recommend.
