Because it holds a good car boot sale.
Good market for retro things, padticularly toys, very friendly people there too well worth a visit. Good used book stall where everything is a pound, good haberdashery stall. Good retro toy stalls with 1980's toys still unopened, such as Lego sets, train sets etc.
Great for a rummage through the freight containers which they use as car boot type stalls. Some real bargains and interesting curiosities to be found.
Great for the devoted car booter, relaxed atmosphere and parking,also accessable for wheelchair users.
