Theory is not what it used to be... It used to be cool and the workers were chill and actually helped you, now they hide in the corner on a phone constantly and wait for you to get stuff and leave. Nobody is helpful just millennials waiting for a check. No real skater works there. Good stuff awful staff every time. Hires some real skaters not some lame kids!

My 12 year old son thinks this is the absolute coolest place around. He is very much into skateboarding, and you can see it in the workers faces how much they enjoy interacting with enthusiastic kids. Keep up the good work, guys!
