My home town football club, and one of the clubs I used to play for in my younger days.... So a slightly bias review. Founded in 1881, they were one of the founding members of both the Cymru Alliance as well as the League of Wales (Now Welsh Premier League). Also known as 'The Wellmen', Holywell Town are always an entertaining team to watch...Sometimes for a decent standard of football and other times for a more robust style of play. Either way makes for an entertaining family friendly day out to watching football down at Halkyn Road.
