I had my earwax removed and hearing test today, 30/03/2021 everything went well. I had a very nice experience in this clinic. All staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating especially Julieanne, the one who do ear syringed and the receptionist who help me booked my taxi back and offered me a cup of tea and bar of chocolate while waiting for my taxi. Job well done ladies. Keep up the good work. I definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Had WAX in both ears. Found there Web site. Telephoned , Got an appointment for 4 Days time suited me well. It was excellent . Parking directly outside, welcome in to meet TANYA. Had a chat then invited into the Treatment Room by JULIEANNE. It was Excellent, She talked me through the 30 minutes. I came out Could hear the Grass Grow. Really Brilliant. Thanks Girls. Great Job. Micro suction ear wax removal, Very happy with the service provided, last minute booking. Julie-Anne was very professional and done a great job, had been to see her at a bangor business and was happy to see it was her self working out of Holywood now. Very reasonable priced compared to bangor/Newtownards. Laura at the front desk was very helpful when I rang to inquire about the service, and very pleasant on arrival and when I was leaving, asked about eye test but no pressure to book an appointment there and then.
