We had struggled to get my Dad an "at home" appointment for Ear Wax removal due to the Covid19 lockdown. Luckily we were advised to try contacting Opticare. To our delight they were able to arrange an appointment within a few days to attend to Dad at his Care Home. The service he received was professional, friendly and caring. We received a follow up call to check that we were happy with the procedure and to confirm that all was well with Dad. I can't recommend Opticare highly enough, we were treated with courtesy and professionalism from start to finish and will certainly use their services again should the need arise.

2nd visit at Opticare, excellent service , manger Tanya, on reception, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, any question/ queries explained in a friendly professional manner Social distancing, hand cleanser, and face masked worn at all time , I felt very much at ease I have a cataract so this was a 6 monthly check up, which Opticare, contacted me, to reminded me to make State of the art technology, very impressive, and everything was explained to me, so I could understand exactly what the problem was with my eyes and what I could expect in the future I felt like a valued customer as opposed to the high street opticians, where it is very much like a factory conveyer belt , Oh and last, but not least fabulous choice of glasses

Had a pleasant interview / examination in Opticare, Holywood. The young lady who dealt with my hearing issue was pleasant and professional, she put me at ease and showed her knowledge and comfort with the equipment used. Had a recent eye test with Jade and must say service was superb from explaining every step and what she was doing. And using all the best and modern equipment. A great service, all so clean and well managed. I was helped by Emily to find a suitable pair of glasses and overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

I first went into Opticare in Holywood because something was in my eye for a few hours and wouldn’t clear. They saw me straight away without an appointment. Jade was patient and thorough when Checking my eye and then followed up with an after care call. Shortly after I went back in due to headaches. I was working more on the computer but just wanted to have everything checked. Once more the care was thorough and I was fitted with reading glasses which have helped the headaches. The care and attention from all the staff here was amazing. I received my glasses 3 days later. Very pleased. Thank you
