As me and my family was heading form Sweden to Croatia on vacation our newly bough (but used car) brook down. We were towed to Autohaus Fellner on recommendation by the tow truck driver and that decision changed our luck completely. The staff of Autohaus Fellner did not only take the car on but also our entire family, as we were struggling with getting answers from our insurance company the let use us their facilities (my son even slept in a sofa in the waiting room). As we had to make our own arrangements Hr Helmut Kast with help of his colleagues arranged rental car, big taxi and offered to help out with hotel reservation all on very short notice when our insurance company came up short. With their help we could continue our vacation in a rental car. As promised Hr Kast called use when they made more detailed inspection of the car. He had two bad news, the engine was completely destroyed and repairs would take longer than expected. He also had good news, he had already worked out a deal with VW and a new engine was on its way. Through the pro-activeness off Autohaus Fellner and Hr Helmut Kast we could enjoy our holiday reassured that our private finances and car was in very good care. I have never before, and doubt that I ever will, experience such a display of professionalism in combination with compassion. Car was done on time, complete engine and turbo plus much more in less than two weeks despite vacation period. There is so much more to this story but I will conclude and say that this is the best car dealer / workshop I ever experienced. For your on peace of mind choose Autohaus Fellner if possible.

Sehr freundlicher Ansprechpartner, Problem am Fahrzeug wurde in wenigen Stunden ohne vorherige Wartezeit auf einen Termin gefunden. Auto war nach insgesamt 24h wieder fahrbereit! Vielen Dank!

Ein gutes und sehr faires Autohaus. Ich wurde gut beraten und alle Fragen wurden von Hr. Gräßler und von Hr. Fellner zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Auch die Fahrzeughistorie wurde komplett durchgegangen. Hier wird einem nichts verheimlicht, top! Auch die Übergabe des Autos war reibungslos. Gerne wieder!
