Nice place, friendly staff and probably the cleanest toilet I've ever seen. But the Sacher Torte had way too much marmalade and our waiter needed a lot of time till he got us the right order.

The customer service at this establishment is unfortunately unacceptable. This restaurant does not accept Visa or MasterCard payment methods, two of the most popular payment methods on the planet and in Germany. If you do not have cash, you will be forced to surrender your ID card and walk 500m to the nearest ATM on a Sunday. The staff did not apologise for any inconveniences caused by this and went on to almost overcharge us and give incorrect change which we luckily corrected. I can see that the owner likes to blame customers for having a bad experience and is of the opinion that customers should consider the thoughts of the staff. For this reason I would invite the owner to educate themselves on the concept of hospitality and what it means to offer paying (or attempting to pay customers) a good experience. The food that you make is great, maybe you should stay in the kitchen and employ a hospitality manager who understands the concept of hospitality.
