The worst car service I have ever been; a big disappointment. I brought there my 19 year-old VW Passat to be repaired, because it failed on the TÜV 2 times. The employees of the service arrogantly said, it will never get the TÜV, because it doesn’t have a German license plate, and I should buy a new car (yes, everyone can afford it…). I expected that a VW brand service has professional car mechanics with great expertise, who can easily identify and solve the problem (blue smoke caused by oil burning, and instable idle-run), because they repair all kinds of VW cars every day and know each screw of them. They found nothing, not even saw the problems. I had to pay 30 EUR for a diagnosis stating that they didn’t find any problems (originally they wanted to ask 100 EUR for the examination). I guess they didn't even start the engine. Today my car failed on TÜV again (interestingly, the examiners there could see the smoke). Moreover, there were many elegant, young employees in the customer center, but only one of them could speak English. I expected much more from an official VW brand service…

Leider ist dieses Autohaus nicht zu empfehlen. Wie schon mehrfach in den Bewertungen beschrieben, ist der Service alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Personal unfreundlich. Als Kunde werden einem hier nur die Probleme kommuniziert, um Lösungen hat man sich hier selbst zu kümmern...
Schnelle Bearbeitung bei Kleinigkeiten (defekte Halogenbirne)
Total unfreundlicher Empfang! Eine ältere Dame mit kürzeren dunklen Haaren hatte nicht mal den Anstand \Guten Tag\ zu sagen, geschwiege denn auf \Wiedersehen\ zu Antworten. Auf eine von mir gestellte Frage bekam ich nur die Antwort das sein nicht Ihr Aufgabenbereich Sie kann mir nur Schlüssel übergeben!
