So I had high hopes for this establishment, but I was surely disappointed. I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation, and received a bill for almost 500! They went above and beyond maintenance that I did not request with filters, fluid, etc., then got mad because THEY messed up and still hadn't done my rotation! I'm never going back and I DO NOT recommend them. I won't be back.

Initially I went there to have my headlight bulbs replaced. Ofcourse, the front bumper and headlight wipers must be removed prior. Job was completed. A few days later I noticed that my right side headlight wiper arm was stuck on the bumper in a weird position ( when I pressed the sprayer handle to clean the windshield the headlight wiper blade went in the opposite direction. Instead of wiping the headlight it went in the opposite direction and got wedged on the bumper) I contacted Volvo again to reposition the wiper arm. I got a call today informing me that my wiper motor was damaged. It worked fine before but the mechanic told me that the wiper arms were not in the proper position when they intially received it to exchange the headlights. I am perplexed as to why did they not correct the fault if the say the fault. So, long story short, they initially took it off in the wrong position put it back on in the wrong position. I used the wiper it got stuck. I took it back to them to have it reposition and of course, they took it off yet again, in the wrong position and replaced it in the wrong position but this time my wiper motor was shot because the blades could not rotate. So now instead of correcting a simple fault I must now pay over 700 euros to have my headlight wiper motor replaced. also, I went to inspect my car and found that the protective cover for the left side wiper arm was damaged with no attempt to make any repairs to it. The manager, when I spoke to her she basically called me a liar. She was convinced that her seasoned mechanics could not be at fault for this. I am very displeased with the service I received today. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I will now take my 2 Volvos elsewhere for maintenance and services.

Mediocre service from their maintenance department. Stereotypical mechanic, in that they try to find multiple ways to charge you. But they do accept tax forms, and if your car is under warranty, its not all bad.
