This was my first experience using movers. We got 3 workers for 3 hours. When they arrived everything seemed fine, I quickly realized one of the workers had an injury and could not help with the move. Because of the injured worker the move took 5 hours. When they were done we paid the overage, shortly after they left we realized they had broken a television. They responded promptly to the situation and told me they had to put in an insurance claim. Now 5 months later they are still ducking me about the situation. I would give fewer stars it I were able. I would not recommend this company to move a pillow.
