My washer died suddenly yesterday, but Home Appliances came to the rescue and less than 24 hours later, I have a new Samsung washer installed! Sally and Jonathan were most helpful in assisting me select a new washer and setting up delivery. The price was wonderful and I would recommend Home Appliances to anyone. I’ll definitely use them the next time we need to replace an appliance.

I bought a stove a microwave and fridge from the store just a week ago. I recieved them on the 21st of March. Jonathan the owner delivered them personal. How pleasant he made this experience. My refrigerator was to large to get in my small house. He took time out of his personal schedule to have me meet him at the store to help me pick a new fridge and the redeliver to my house. I recommend these guys they go out of their way to help. I was concerned that using a drawer to store my frozen food that it would be heavy. All my food fit with room to spare. Including the two turkeys I had. If your looking for a great appliance at a good deal call on these folks..

I couldn't be more happy with the purchase of my new refrigerator. I cant remember the ladies name that helped me. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with. She answered all my questions and was very happy to help me. I went to a few other stores before this one. I either got no help or very little help. I'm so happy I found this place. I will be a return customer and I'll also always recommend this place to anyone looking for appliances. There was no delivery because I picked mine up. The experience was still very pleasant and I'm sure they would have been happy to deliver it. I needed it on a Saturday and it was a easy pickup for me. Thank you so much to the lady who I cant remember her name and to the guys who helped me load my wonderful refrigerator.

The Home and Appliance Memphis was an excellent experience. They helped me greatly in meeting my needs for a washer and dryer. They also gave me a great deal on my appliances. And you can’t argue a same day delivery even with the store closing in a couple hours. They delivery guys came set it all up made sure it worked and was very friendly.

I purchased a stove dishwasher refrigerator and a wine cooler from this store because the prices were unbeatable ! The only scratch I saw on the fridge was very easily covered up by a fridge magnet and we were able to save 1000 on this alone ! Very pleased with the after purchase service I received from the owner of the store. He personally made sure I got what I needed for the warranty. If I were in need of more appliance this store will be the place to go !
