I had a great experience at the Norfolk store. I am a complete beginner, but I have done some research so I kind of knew what I needed. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and courteous. I really appreciated the fact that as I was getting ready to head out he said,\Make sure you give us a call if have any questions. No matter how stupid you think it is. We were are beginners at one time.\ I'll be back for sure!
This place was not interested in selling me anything to make beer. I was told to watch youtube and then come back lol place up the road selling beer wine and baking supplies had me up and running that night.. Wasn't impressed with this place at all... zero star if available. .
I've had a number of great experiences here. Every time I've walked in, I've been greeted pleasantly, and every time I have a question, they're more than willing to explain their answer, as well as give me their recommendations. I will definitely continue to shop here! My only issue, and it's hardly an issue, is that they only have one employee working the register most of the time I shop there, which can lead to a pileup rather quickly if there are a number of customers seeking assistance.
Great staff, Helped me select a good starting kit and a good first beer. Have to say this is the first home brew store I was in and I was not disappointed at all. Would recommend this store to anyone who wants to start brewing or is already brewing
