HOME CITY GONE DOWNHILL I MEAN THERE, S NO LOVE ST ALL STUFF DONT GET FIX EVERY YEAR I GET HIT WITH MICE I STAY UP LATE RIPE THING DOWN WITH BLEACH I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A TENANT PUTING HANDS-ON ME CALLING THE N-WORD COME THE OFFICE FILL PAPERWORK NOTHING DONE I SEE A LOT OF DITY GONE NOTHING DONE

This place has completely went down the drain since new people were employed within the office. All maintainence concerns in my unit gets ignored. Maintainence never comes to fix anything until its too late. For example I had a leak in my kitchen for months, I would call to report it. No one did anything about it until my whole kitchen ceiling started to cave from massive water from a ongoing plumbing issue upstairs from me. Thats just a PRIME EXAMPLE. They dont do anything!! Theyll make your apt look nice to move in but then after that your on your own all they want is rent. You can have roaches they wont care they just want their rent money.
