I had not been to Valle Vista Mall in a very long time. The only big department stores are Dillard's and JC Penney's. One section of the mall to the left of Dillard's had no stores at all. There were also several empty spaces throughout the other part of the mall as well. I was surprised to see a Gold's Gym within the mall. They also have a place for entertainment, but it does not open until 4 in the afternoon. There is this place that sells cookies. The cookies are delicious.
Horrible experience! I bought my husband a St Michael painting for his birthday at the beginning of January. it was supposed to be ready for pickup mid January but when I took it home it was the wrong painting. they told me there was a mistake and they would place a new order which would arrive at the beginning of Feb. I returned at the beginning of Feb and aside from the horrible and rude customer service the manager provided they offered no other solution aside from talking to the owner directly and waiting longer or refunding the money which would take time because they claimed they didn't have enough money in their box. I took the option of talking to the owner as I had already invested 300 in this gift which my husband has been waiting for a month after his Birthday. it is now Feb 19 and I'm still being given endless amounts of excuses as to why they don't have a product that I paid for and should have been provided over a month ago. I will be picking up my money today (hopefully they will have that) and will continue waiting for the owner to make things right. I will update this review if he somehow makes things right
There is a pizza placed called Sonny's, They make your pizza the way you like it. They bring out the dough raw and put toppings on like if you were at Subway and place them on your pizza and throw it in the oven and bring it fresh and hot right to your table! There's a plus...wait for it....they have cauliflower crust! I really liked the idea of it being fresh and hot! Try it!!
Due to Covid, most stores were closed. But, it's a great place to walk and get your exercise in for the day. Dillard's has been closed; it's my favorite Department Store in Valle Vista Mall. Their food court is the bomb! You can chose anything from Pizza to Chinese food. And, don't get me started on desserts! Ice cream to cotton candy.
A pretty calm place to be not to busy except on weekends and holidays, love the food court, it comes with holds gym and a kids bounce house that I think charge by the hour. The only thing I wish they should have that they used to have is a arcade and needed more stores because going towards Sears you see empty store but over all great mall to be at...
This mall is a great place to get your steps in as long as you aren't looking for a wide variety of shops. It is usually pretty quiet and a whole wing is empty. It does have a Dillards clearance with some good deals. Several gold jewelry kiosks. Kay and Zales with a Gold Works shop competing. Gold gym and a massage station. JC Penney which appears to be not closing, GNC, Dental office and of course eye glasses shoe, nail salons, haircutters and GNC. There is a Big Lots only accessed from outside. Large clean restrooms located in food court. Stroller available near exit at food court. The pictures below taken on a.Saturday around 12:30 so you can see not very busy. Sign in pics is for Dillards since there hours differ.
I would Give 0 stars if I could. I feel bad for the mall manager Norma she does not deserve what is about to happen to this mall. Felix Reznick and Mike Kohan(owners) are notorious slumlords. They buy malls and purposely run them into the ground. They break the malls up like vultures and sell them off to different developers and make more than they spent on the mall. Once this is done they let the mall fail out by putting no money in the mall. Hordes of tenants leave and the mall eventually dies. Taxes and utility bills go unpaid whenever Kohan Buys a mall. Its only a matter of time before this malls is dead.
