We live in La Grange so we’re pretty far from their home base. Yet they came and installed the elevator in our country home we built last year. It’s actually a focal point because we installed it in the center of the stairs that are in a silo (see photos). In the year since we’ve had it we only had one issue. I have solar panels and elevator backup power supply. Still, due to a power glitch the elevator stopped working. I called to leave a message on a Sunday hoping for a callback Monday. Instead I got a call back right away and they walked me through a reset procedure that got everything working in short order. Great support system.

Never got a call back.\ Update - please see attached call log when I called & was told someone would call me back but the call was never returned. I read the reviews you shared & that's great that your other potential customers &/or customers have had good experiences but i didn't have the same experience. As you can see from the log, I spoke to someone for almost 2 minutes leaving my call back info. You indicate that you capture all calls & you don't see where I called. I hope this helps. Maybe it was just my project, but the lack of communication was a killer and delayed my project over 3 months. Now we cant get a call back letting us know what is happening. I have a pretty upset client at the moment.

We live in a three story house. We checked into conventional elevators, but there was no way to install one without extensive modifications to our home. We came across Home Elevators’ website and the PVE elevator looked like it would work in our home. Jay is the best. An elevator was one day away from being installed in our home and my mother changed her mind about living with us. I was worried I would have this half moon hole cut in my upstairs landing with no banister. Jay had someone repair it immediately the next day at his cost. I can't say enough about how appreciative we are.
