I attend Angela's yoga class every week and have done for some time. Angela is very professional, friendly and really cares about her students and their wellbeing, which is also reflected in her treatments. Anyone would feel very welcome attending the class even if they have never done yoga before.

Absolutely fantastic classes all through the week ... I personally go straight from work and always leave feeling energised and at peace after. Just what the doc ordered Ange really makes every one feel welcome and relaxed. She also offers other treatments....reiki... Masage... Reflexology. Which I've had and love it I'd recommend them all. ️
I have been coming to Ang's yoga classes (mostly Kundalini) for almost four years. Ang is such a beautiful person and I always find her to be calming, welcoming and loving and always encouraging me to be the best I can be - even if it starts with trying something for 'just a minute' and 'one more time'! I will always come to Ang and I trust her implicitly; so much so that I recommended her Reflexology treatment to my dad who as since found his ailment hugely alleviated. Thank you so much, Ang!
