David was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was able to answer all of our questions about our new home and was very responsive to any questions we had regarding our report. Dave Knudsen is the worst inspector in Colorado!!! He claims he ha 10 years but don’t believe it! He took over 4 days to get the inspection report back to us and it was the day of our deadline. He missed half of the main issues on the home. He is a con artist. Do not use this guy. Not to mention he was 1 hour late.
