Home Power Systems: From start to finish, what a great company to work with. The initial contact by the company representative (Rusty) was a pleasant one. Rusty was very thorough with his explanation of what his company would do and spent a lot of time answering my many questions. There was absolutely no pressure when he left me with the estimate. The day of the installation was a challenging one for them. It was a cold Winter day with high winds and a heavy snow. They had to shovel snow and prepare the location where the backup generator was going to be placed. The crew( Mark, Tim, and Steve) worked non-stop without taking any breaks. When they entered the house to work on the panel they were good about covering the floor and not tracking snow throughout the house. Once the installation was complete they meticulously cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciated the fact that they took so much time to go over the function of the backup generator and also going over all the printed material with me. Everything was contained in a notebook, that they left me with. This was a nice touch! I especially appreciated the fact that they coordinated with both the propane company and the town for the permit and inspection so it was one less thing that I had to do. An absolute pleasure to work with and they exceeded my expectations in every phase. The sales presentation was an education and full of information. Kyle came and set the generator seamlessly with the right tools for the job. Mark was the head of the installation process, overseeing everything and the entire team payed attention to every detail. The gas line was run in the best way possible to not inter fear with future improvements. When they tested for gas leaks they found an existing one elsewhere and fixed it. They re lit all of my pilot lights and everything. The attention to detain is second to none. Thank you for a great experience.

Great experience! The group of guys that installed my generator were fantastic. Jeff D., Jeff L., Alex and Jon were all as professional as you could want. From showing up exactly on time to cleaning up perfectly when they left. They were all very polite, respectful, and did everything to ensure I was happy with the installation. I really felt it was important to them that I was completely satisfied with the job. Would highly recommend them!!
I had my generator installed in February of 2020 and am extremely pleased with the service I received. The installation crew arrived on time and were all extremely professional and answered all my questions about the work they'd be doing that day. The installation took about 5 hours, and the electrical inspector was there to sign off on the work before the crew left. Amazing experience with Home Power Systems!
