Back in 2016 Mike helped us with the purchase of our first home after being highly recommended to my husband and I by a co-worker. When the time was right to move on from that property this year and sell our home, we knew we wanted to work with Mike again and take our business to Home Realty & Management. Having never sold a house before, and with all of the uncertainty around COVID, we had a lot of questions, and Mike was amazing. He listened to our concerns, helped us understand our options, and supported us in every way. Every time we have worked with him, he is incredibly responsive and always made us feel like we were a priority to him. He has a great network of connections to assist with inevitable needs of preparing a house for showings/inspection items and his recommendations never let us down. His communication style is clear and concise, and he does a great job of explaining the complicated jargon and legal documents included in real estate. If we are ever looking to buy in the area again, I know we will want to work with Mike. He's a wonderful agent and we highly recommend!
