Every year my housemates and I aim to get the most wonderful huge Christmas tree. And we don’t let not having a car put us off. Today I saw this especially magnificent tree in Kings Heath Homebase, and had to have it. Dave and the team there went above and beyond to make sure I had the easiest homeward trip possible. I can’t commend them highly enough. Thank you!
The staff could not do enough for me in the design and purchase of my new kitchen. Harjj and Dave were both really friendly and helpful; they listened to what I wanted and helped me to get the design right at the right price. Highly recommended for customer service.
The entrance and exit have reverted to pre lockdown operations requiring customers to cross over each other's paths. Online ordering click and collect is very efficient and useful. Lovely helpful staff as always. The trolleys are currently coin free too.
Very tidy store with large range of DIY and gardening products for sale. Mildly difficult to get to with local traffic and tucked away so you need to know it’s there or you’d miss it.
