Used Homefront Architecture for my double dormer loft conversion I was very impressed in the quality of the plans and advice given by Bobby, he help me through the whole procedure in completing the architectural plans and permission ,along with the structural plans for my build. I ended up using Bobby and his team to construct the loft structure. Bobby also helped me through the party wall act and building control procedure. Very Happy with Bobby and his team that he recommended work was completed on time, communication was excellent and was kept up to date on the progress of the build.
I was planning to do my rear extension with garage conversion and hired them for architect design. We were dealing with Bobby. I found him professional and responsive. He engaged with us during the course of approval process with Havering council. His attention small details is very much appreciated. Our application was about to be cancelled which already took almost 4 months during Covid period. Bobby intervened and made suggested changes advised by Council and saved us a lot of time, effort and money. Our extension is still under the process and Bobby and his team are providing their valuable inputs to our builder from time to time. All the best Bobby. Keep up this good work in time to come. Very happy with the work Bobby and team completed, the work was to an excellent standard and he dealt with the council throughout the process, all the way to completion. Bobby also has great knowledge and gives valuable suggestions, even if this is not exactly what you first suggest which is rare. His quality of work is very high and he is happy to be available through the whole process, to answer questions and to give comfort. He is also very courteous to neighbours, I would highly recommend and use again!
