They installed a liftmaster opener less than 6 months ago and it's not working! Called them and they want to charge another 165 after paying over 375 What a RIP off! They also said liftmaster would not cover the parts needed for a 6 month old opener. This thing has been used under 10 times in 6 months! If this is what they are selling don't buy it, its junk! Liftmaster agreed to send the parts but the company wants to charge 100 to put it in.UP DATE: the company called and has agreed to put the part in once it comes! Thank you! My mother is taking care of our terminally ill Ibrother that has Huntington's disease So thank you for doing this! I will update once the work is completed

I usually don’t take time to write reviews. However yesterday evening our garage spring broke leaving us stranded with the car blocked inside. Called this morning at 8:10 and was scheduled right away for a repair, conversation was right to the point with no confusion. Tech was at my house within the hour and fixed everything by 10 am and the bill was very reasonable. Thank you for the excellent service Really appreciate it.

Terrible customer service. Will be looking for another company to take our business to. I called yesterday morning and requested an appointment. Was told someone would come today between 8-Noon. I waited and watched from 7:30-1:00 pm, no one came. Finally, I called and asked, the lady that answered the phone didn’t seem to care that I was waiting, heck, why should she? She is on the clock. She attempted to call the technician, said he did not answer his phone, and she would call me when she heard from him. Finally, at 1:55 pm I had to leave my house to go pick my kids up from school. Guess who decides to roll in at 2:05 pm? You guessed it. Thanks for nothing Homenik. I understand that things happen which can put the tech behind schedule. However, it only takes 1 minute to make a phone call and that 1 minute makes all the difference between a company that values their customers and one that does not.

I contacted Homenik to replace a cable drum on my overhead garage door unit, and inspect the overall quality of the install; I suspected the problem was symptomatic of a deeper issue. On the first visit, the technician remarked that the spring assembly was of very poor quality, and he would not operate upon it in any way. I did not think this was unreasonable, considering his explanation. He recommended a replacement and so I had to set up a follow-on appointment for the following week. I was careful to state that it would have to be an afternoon appointment (just like the current one I'd scheduled). The following week, the technician called me in the morning and said he was at my place. I told him I was at work and reiterated it would have to happen in the afternoon. Five (!) phone calls from both him and the office later, I finally picked up, irritated at the interruptions to my workday. The receptionist stated that she "couldn't have her tech waiting hours for me." So, I told her to have him conduct other jobs in the meantime and that we had agreed to the afternoon anyway. Apparently, this wasn't an option, so I cancelled. A frustrating experience. I ended up going with a competitor and it turned out to be the right call. I was able to make an appointment for the following Saturday, and dealt with a very organized and thorough staff to get the job done.

My garage door would not close. I called and told them the problem and instead of setting up a repair visit, he ( I didn't get his name) asked me a few questions about what the door was doing and he told me how to fix it myself. It worked and my door is now working as it should. That was real nice of him and I appreciate it. That's how things were done years ago and I wish it were that way now. Thanks again.
