They qouted me 3-400.00 and charged me 700.00. found out that the coil was redone before so the job ended up being more than expected. They got it up and running and all good.

I Called Alyeska Tire in regards to ordering tires. I have staggered wheels, so the tires were different sizes. They offered the front set of tires for my vehicle, but they would not even entertain the idea of ordering the rears for the vehicle, nor did they offer to order a different type of tire than what they had on the show room floor. I was even told to call the manufacturer of the vehicle to get the tires. It is Christmas 2020, I was trying to keep it local and spend the coin in town at the local shop, but they just threw egg in my face. I was not being rude, I even emailed their listed email address requesting a quote. They told me to call the store. Why would a business list their email address with "sales" as part of the address if they don't plan on selling anything. I work at a fleet maintenance facility, have been at it for two decades and know the in's and out's of a mechanic shop for one of the largest employers in my home state. I would never tell my clients what Alyeska Tire said to me. Granted they were cordial, it just did not make me feel like they knew what they were doing. Regardless, I found my tires on the internet. Took me 5 minutes. They'll be shipped to my door and I will take them to get mounted and balanced else where.
