Clean, friendly and helpful. Dwayne is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Id send my grandmother in alone, knowing she would be helped honestly and fairly.

Wonderful customer service! They went out of their way for us when we were in a hurry to get new tires on a trailer and get it home to Fairbanks. They even got it done earlier than we expected.

In 5 years TT managed to loose not 1 but 2 of my tires on separate incidents. I had to buy new tires. They also gave me someone elses tire with a giant blow out in it. MARK YOUR TIRES CLEARLY or just go to Alyeska Tire.

The service was reasonably fast but unless you're a local, expect to get gouged. A simple tire rotation that would have cost me 60 anywhere else ended up north of 120, double the going rate. Because I was an out-of-towner, I suspect they saw me coming, as they say. Because I didn't negotiate price up front, I can't complain too much, but one doesn't expect a small-town business to be quite so cutthroat.
